Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Evenstar Foundry LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. “High Desert Cards & Collectables” is the name of the shop; the entity is Evenstar Foundry LLC, under its own name, and there is no trading name behind it.

This site is a catalogue, not a shop counter

Everything here is a description of a physical object we hold. Nothing on this site can be bought on this site. Where an item is for sale, the item’s page links to the listing where it is actually sold.

A price shown here is what we are asking. It is not an offer that binds either of us, and the listing is what governs a sale.

How we describe things

We catalogue and photograph what we hold. We do not grade anything ourselves. Where a card carries a third-party grade, that grade is read off the slab and reported as read — we do not infer one. Where a card’s printed name or year is not recorded, we show what the object actually carries rather than guess.

We try to be accurate and we will correct an error when we find one, but a catalogue entry is a description, not a warranty.

If you create an account, keep your sign-in to yourself. We may close an account that is used to abuse the site.

Rights

Photographs and text on this site are ours. Card names, set names and the artwork on the cards belong to their respective owners, and appear here to identify the physical object.
